1. Delivery

– Delivery of orders from the Gift Set range have a lead time of 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
– Delivery of orders for softies, toys, hair accessories, idols and special editions have a lead time of 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
– You will receive an email with your tracking code once your order is ready to be shipped.

2. Returns and Exchanges

– We do not offer a return or exchange option on any of our products.

3. Order Issues

– Our products are handmade which means that not every detail is the exact same. The same amount of love and care goes into each one!
– If your items tears, or falls apart, you are welcome to send it back to us for repairs at your own cost.
